GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ALL BOOKINGS
We are an adults only property, which means we do not cater for children of any age.
We have some pet-friendly rooms available – please enquire first before booking to avoid disappointment as we do not accept pets in all of our rooms. For those bringing pets with them, a surcharge will be added (per pet), as a more intensive clean is performed after check out.
For the comfort of all our guests, there is no smoking permitted at all on the property.
We are happy to discuss Group Bookings, and regular and repeat guest bookings for midweek business traveller stays. Please contact us directly on 027 519 8515, or send us an email.

CANCELLATION POLICIES
DIRECT BOOKINGS
The following terms and conditions relate to direct bookings (eg. by phone or via mangonuiwaterfront.co.nz):
- During our Christmas period (20th December to 15th January) guests will be charged the cost of the entire reservation if cancelled in the 7 days prior to arrival.
- Peak periods including long weekends, public holidays or special events* – guests will be charged the cost of the entire reservation if they cancel in the 7 days prior to arrival.
- At all other times (off peak), cancellation made with less than 72 hours notice prior to arrival will incur a charge to the value of the entire reservation amount.
- No shows = If the guest doesn’t show up, they will be charged the total cost of the reservation.
* Peak periods include: Auckland/Northland Anniversary, Easter, Queen’s birthday, ANZAC Day, Labour Weekend and the Mangonui Waterfront Festival

The following terms and conditions relate to third party bookings (eg. Booking.com):
If you have made your reservation through a third party site, you will need to refer to the terms that you agreed to when you placed your booking and you will be required to make the cancellation direct with them.
